Call of Duty's third-person mode is so good, I don't want to play anything else:

Ever since the mid-2000s, most third-person shooters use an over-the-shoulder camera perspective . While this is a boon to aiming accuracy akin to a first-person experience, it comes at the cost of needing to swap which shoulder you’re looking over if you want to be smart about how you play.lets you swap shoulders by quickly tapping the sprint key. I shouldn’t need to spell out why that’s a tricky configuration. Sadly, there doesn’t seem to be any real way to change this.
