The Coast Guard airlifted a woman to safety from the Carnival Legend cruise ship on Labor Day after she began suffering health problems.
Carnival Cruise Line did not immediately respond to a request for comment from FOX Business.
"While there was a man overboard call, there was not an overboard incident. We are supporting the guest’s family and others who witnessed the situation," a spokesman said.
