After a week-long trail, Ezequiel Almodovar was found guilty after shooting and killing Jonathan Rivera and Eugenio Morales-Torres on July 27, 2020, in Lancaster County.

East Lampeter Township police received a call on July 27, 2020, around 11:50 p.m., regarding Rivera and Morales-Torres having gone missing for the past five hours. Almodovar’s neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots at the time of the shooting. The DA’s office also said firearm shell casings were found on his driveway, and a bag of blood found in his garage.
