According to an annual survey produced by the American Customer Satisfaction Index , Chick-fil-A has maintained its position as America's favorite restaurant for the eighth stChick-fil-A is currently investigating "suspicious activity" on some of its customer’s Chick-fil-A One accounts.
Chick-fil-A noted the activity was not the result of any compromise to the company’s internal systems.
