On the ongoing service adjustments along the Circle Line for tunnel-strengthening works, Acting Minister for Transport Jeffrey Siow said that the Ministry of Transport will incorporate lessons and feedback from commuters in refining its provision of alternative travel options for future service adjustments.
In his parliamentary reply to an MP’s question on Thursday , he highlighted that with several measures put in place before and during the works, including the deployment of crowd marshals and replacement shuttle bus services, wait times and loading for trains were kept manageable.
