The shooting was reported outside the Boulevard Houses on Stanley Avenue in East New York just before noon.He was pronounced dead at Brookdale University Hospital.They are looking through the victim's background, but at this point, they do not have any obvious motive.The owner of Thanasi Electrical Company said 15 electricians were on site. The victim, a skilled electrician, was hired in June and working in one of the construction containers preparing a panel board.
