NSTnation 'All those identified in the audio recordings had their statements taken under Section 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code'
Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department deputy director Datuk Mohd Roze Shaari said those who had given statements include Baling MP Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s former principal private secretary Tan Sri Shukry Mohd Salleh and Najib's former special officer Datuk Amhari Efendi Nazaruddin.
Mohd Roze, however, said statements from Najib and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor as well as former MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad would be recorded soon. The recordings are believed to involve Rosmah, Dzulkifli, a prominent foreigner and several other individuals too.
