SINGAPORE — A 70-year-old Singaporean man died from COVID-19 complications on Tuesday (14 April), bringing the death toll here from the virus to 10.
The man, identified as case 128, tested positive for the virus on 6 March and was among the 47 linked to the cluster involving a private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong held on 15 February.
“The NCID has reached out to his family and is extending assistance to them,” said the Ministry of Health in its daily update on cases.The announcement also marks the fifth consecutive day with no imported cases and comes a day after the city-state confirmed a record high of 386 new cases.
