Instead, Cuomo said he is looking to work in cooperation with the president, saying collaboration is essential to avoid a new wave of infections.“I look forward to working with the president in partnership and cooperation, but he has no fight here,” Cuomo said. “I won’t let it happen, unless he suggested that we do something that would be reckless and endanger the health and welfare of the people of the state. Then I would have no choice.
