On the heels of the success of The Avengers, Marvel Studios' next big risk was debuting the obscure superhero team. Spearheaded by director James Gunn, the Guardians of the Galaxy immediately became fan favorites, and it's difficult to imagine anyone from the roster being played by someone else.
“I wanted that one,” he says, adding that he agrees that Chris Pratt was a “better” fit. “He is bigger, stronger, but tonally, I really dug it.”
