Early Sunday morning, the Decatur police located the Dodge, initiated a stop, and identified the suspect as 42-year-old Reginald Eugene Carlisle.
The release said a search conducted in the Caravan found that Carlisle was in possession of crack cocaine, along with several items believed to be used in the robberies.
The release also states, “After further investigation, the vehicle was also found to be stolen through the Madison Police Department.” Carlisle was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree robbery, and a charge for first-degree receiving stolen property.
