One clinic in particular offers screenings for thalassemia, syphilis, hepatitis B, and AIDS as part of their comprehensive premarital package. The premarital screenings, which come at a cost ranging from $100 to $500, also encompass a thorough examination of family medical history, focusing on chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
