Demi started out by talking about how she wants to have kids this decade and said she’s still figuring out if she wants to start her fam with a man or a woman. She added, “I didn’t tell my parents that I saw myself ending up possibly with a woman, too, until 2017.” When Andy asked her about that moment, Demi shared, “It was actually, like, emotional but really beautiful. After everything was done, I was, like, shaking and crying and I just felt overwhelmed.”her sexuality

When she told her mom, her mom replied, “I just want you to be happy.” Demi added, “That was so beautiful and amazing, and like I said, [I’m] so grateful.” Bringing it back around to how she wants to start a family, Demi ultimately said she doesn’t even know if she wants to start one with someone else. She explained, “I don’t know what my future looks like. I don’t know if I’m going to have kids this year or in 10 years. I don’t know if I’m going to do it with a partner or without.
