The winning Powerball lottery numbers are drawn Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at 10:59 p.m. The Powerball jackpot drawing today (01/09/2023) is worth an estimated $340 million million for a single winner.
The winning numbers were: 18, 43, 48, 60 and 69. The Powerball drawn was 14 with a Power Play of 3x.
While no one across the country won Saturday’s $320.6 million jackpot, three second-prize tickets matching five numbers but not the Powerball were sold. Tickets in Missouri and Ohio were bought with the Power Play option for an extra $1 and are worth $2 million each. A ticket purchased in Gowanda, New York, about 30 miles south of Buffalo, is valued at $1 million.
In New Jersey, three $50,000 tickets were bought. One was sold at Quick Mart on East Joseph Street in Moonachie and one at 7-Eleven on Morris Avenue in Summit. A third was bought by someone using the a Jackpocket app, lottery officials said. Each third-prize ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball.
