, his 2016 presidential election rival, the Democratic National Committee and others for"maliciously" conspiring to accuse Trump of colluding with Russia during the election.
Filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the lawsuit also accused the defendants of using"'opposition research', 'data analytics' and other political stratagems" to sway the public's trust.
