A driver has suffered serious injuries after he lost control of his car and careened into a San Leandro garage.
Arriving officers and firefighters discovered the vehicle smoking inside of what remained of the garage. The driver was injured and trapped inside his vehicle.
He was careful removed from the wreckage and then transported to a local trauma hospital for advanced medical care. The driver condition has not been released. Police are investigating the crash and reported preliminary information has led them to believe the driver may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.© 2023 CBS Broadcasting Inc.
