Eugene Daly pleaded guilty and was fined
A puppy transporter who admitted a charge of ‘transporting a dog not fit for the journey’ has been fined after pleading guilty in a Belfast court.
Further checks showed that false destination addresses had been provided for the puppies in Daly’s care., which included Golden Cocker Spaniels and poodle mixes. The case arose as part of DAERA’s Paws for Thought a campaign, which includes enhanced checks on the export of puppies from Northern Ireland to Great Britain.
