Dyson to build significant new battery plant in Singapore

Dyson will also open research and development campuses in the Philippines and the UK as part of the newly announced plan.

In the Philippines, Dyson is to invest £166 million for a new plant in Santo Tomas, Batangas, that will focus on software, AI, robotics, fluid dynamics and hardware electronics development. Meanwhile in the UK, the company will build a new technology centre in Bristol with a £100 million investment.The three new sites will boost the company's engineering and manufacturing capability to bring technology to market more quickly, Dyson said.
