The group has notified partners that E3 will not be held this year as a virtual event, after dropping plans to return the show in-person to L.A. because of the ongoing pandemic. “Just got an email… It’s official, E3 digital is official[ly] cancelled for 2022.
On its website, the ESA says E3 is “the world’s premier event for computer and video games and related products.”
