If Guzmán has any concerns, his lawyers are likely to tell the court. They complained on his behalf about conditions in New York months before Guzmán addressed the court. Lindsay said he doubts claims the water is moldy. Guzmán can expect no more freedom in Colorado, he said. Security lights could be kept on all night. It may not always be quiet.
