It’s not every day you see the wealthiest man in the world in shorts, so yeah, people had some stuff to say.
Is the body, in all its failures and ineptitudes, a prison, or is the mind our more constant tormentor? Is it more shameful to have to endure the absolute humility of having a body, or is it our brains that are out to get us? This is one big human question, and it feels as if, once it’s answered and solved, we could finally hold on to happiness.
I think for Elon, it must be the body. He has mentioned he sees a future in “downloading” one’s mind, and to anyone who feels like his mind is the problem, “downloading” it sounds a lot like self-torture., “Yes, we could download the things that we believe make ourselves so unique.
