The Energy Market Authority and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore announced that six consortiums have been shortlisted and requested to submit a proposal for a low or zero-carbon ammonia project that will be used for power generation and bunkering in Jurong Island.
“Following a rigorous evaluation process by the agencies, six proposals have been shortlisted for a closed RFP based on the technical, land optimisation, safety, and commercial aspects of their proposals,” the government said in a statement.
