Armed with plastic spoons, a small team of intrepid Epi staffers helped me determine the final ranking of our contenders, which consisted of every core flavor Talenti had on offer when we conducted the tasting in February 2018. The tasting included seasonal flavors available at the time, as well as some flavors only available regionally, but excluded the "Crafted With Less Sugar" flavors.
