Billie Eilish just released her second album — but her brother Finneas says they've already started working on her third one
arena tour is supposed to start in February, and Finneas doesn’t rule out the possibility of finishing her third album before then — but that doesn’t mean it would come out in time for the tour. “This tour isalbum,” he says. “We’ve played some festivals, but we haven’t done Billie headliner solo shows, and we’re really excited to playon the road. So even if it’s in the can by February, we’ll [delay it] for a little bit.
