Restler said the Adams admissions didn’t retain the dedicated early childhood outreach team, but DOE spokesperson Nathaniel Styer said the group was simply moved to a different division. “The Adams administration seems to be using this data to justify going in the opposite direction,” Wallack said, referring to the DOE data used for his analysis. “What we need to do is make these seats easier to access and continue expansion.”in federal stimulus funds earmarked for 3K, signaling that he did not intend to grow the early childhood education program.
