KYIV, Ukraine -- The head of the United Nations' atomic agency a Ukrainian nuclear plant was hit by a Russian"projectile" but that the building was a training center.
He said there has been no release of radiation and that the fire had been extinguished. He said two people on the site were injured in the fire.THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. The shelling of the plant came as the Russian military advanced on a strategic city on the Dnieper River near where the facility is located, and gained ground in their bid to cut the country off from the sea.
