An Illinois popcorn seller hurt by the coronavirus pandemic alleges that JPMorgan Chase's"pampering of its prized clients" like Ruth's Chris caused it to receive far less Paycheck Protection Program funding than needed, according to the lawsuit, which seeks class-action status and was filed in federal court in Illinois.
