base is finally making its big debut.has been in the making since before the brand’s conception, and yet it’s here now because Flesh was so determined to get it right and put out a product that could hold its own among the rest on the market.spoke with the Flesh team to learn more about what went into creating its first liquid base, why it’s putting shade education at the forefront, and what makes it different from its countless competitors.
After months of putting in as much research as possible, Flesh took its findings and set out to create its first liquid foundation in 40 shades and seven undertones, with the goal being that they would match its fan-favorite sticks. Today, the brand is celebrating the fact that it did it.Turns out, it took going through 78 formulas and adjusting each shade four or five times to finally get it right.
