The advisory is expected to last until about 10:45 p.m. and includes Waller, Austin, Harris, Montgomery and Washington counties, according to ABC 13 Weather. A Flood Advisory is in effect until Jan 07 10:45PM for the following counties: Waller, Austin, Harris, Montgomery, Washington.
