A jury has found former East Pittsburgh Police Officer Michael Rosfeld not guilty of all charges in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Antwon Rose II, according to Allegheny County District Attorney spokesman Mike Manko.
Demonstrators gathered outside the courthouse Friday evening as soon as the verdict came in. The June 19 shooting sparked protests as crowds questioned the police department's use of deadly force against an unarmed youth.17-year-old Antwon Rose Rose was shot three times when he ran during a traffic stop. A witness to the shooting captured it on video that was posted on Facebook.
