, involving millions of dollars in work on Army healthcare housekeeping and janitorial services contracts in return for bribes and kickbacks, eliminating the Flores’ competition in the process," U.S. Attorney Jaime Esparza said in a statement. The four Floreses are each charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. If convicted on all charges, they each face a maximum penalty of 45 years in prison.
