Johnny Dang, 33, of Richmond is currently being held in Fort Bend County Jail. He has been charged with murder.Six years ago, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies were called out to the scene of a burning car in Richmond.
No suspects were immediately identified. With the help of Texas Rangers, the case was reopened and pieces began to fall together. They have now identified and arrested Johnny Minh Dang, 33, of Richmond in connection with the murder. Dang was arrested by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force on Nov. 29. He remains in custody in Fort Bend County Jail on a $500,000 bond and is charged with first-degree murder.
