Frisco resident wins Life Time 60-Day Challenge

Jones said after working out for a few weeks Winchester brought up the Life Time 60-Day Challenge, something he had no interest in doing, at first, but she persisted. “I was determined to follow all the guidance and suggestions that Life Time provided throughout the Challenge as well as the instruction from Sarah. My end goal was to just achieve the best results I possibly could by the end date of November 6.”Before the Challenge began he was working out two times per week and eating healthy about 50% of the time.
