The recall is related to a much larger investigation from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, concerning 67 million airbags produced by ARC Automotive.with a potentially life-threatening airbag defect. The recall specifically affects 994,763 GM vehicles, spread out between certain Buick Enclave, Chevy Traverse, and GMC Acadia vehicles produced between the 2014 and 2017 model years.
