Both Penn State University’s football coach James Franklin and new men’s basketball coach Mike Rhoades were invited to the state Capitol on Wednesday evening to meet with Gov. Josh Shapiro and celebrate Penn State’s recent Rose Bowl Victory.
Penn State Athletic Director Patrick Kraft joined the two in their visit to Harrisburg to display the trophy in front of several state capitol workers outside the Governor’s office.
