London The developer of the smash hit video game"Grand Theft Auto" has not been paying corporations tax in the United Kingdom despite collecting millions in subsidies, according to a new report.
Edinburgh-based Rockstar North and its parent company have paid zero UK corporation tax over the past 10 years, according to TaxWatch UK. Rockstar North has meanwhile claimed £42 million in UK tax credits.Rockstar North is a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software , which is based in the United States and listed on the Nasdaq.The company is behind some of the world's biggest video games.
