Sana Starros has been a significant Star Wars character since her debut as the secret wife of her fellow smuggler turned rebel, Han Solo.
Han Solo married Leia Organa after Return of the Jedi, but his first wife in Star Wars was a woman named Sana Starros. It's no secret that Leia wasn't Han's first love, as he was in a relationship with Qi'ra at the beginning of Solo: A Star Wars Story, but the Marvel Star Wars comics shocked readers by suggesting that he had another wife. Even the Star Wars Legends timeline never saw Han marry anyone other than Leia, despite the number of women he loved before meeting her.
Who Is Sana Starros, Han Solo's First Wife? Sana Starros was a smuggler and a swindler during the time of the original Star Wars trilogy. She was born on the Smuggler's Moon Nar Shaddaa to the Starros Clan, where she dreamed of one day venturing out among the stars. Sana later attended the University of Bar'leth where she met an aspiring student and future rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Aphra, and over time the two developed a romantic relationship.
