Police say an 11-year-old, a 13-year-old and a 3-year-old were struck by gunfire in a Harrisburg shooting on Sunday afternoon.

Multiple calls were received from concerned drivers about the van, which was reportedly traveling well under the 65 mph speed limit and weaving between lanes.LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Harrisburg woman is facing DUI charges after she allegedly was transporting four students while under the influence. , on Monday, Oct. 30 at 7:57 a.m., police were dispatched to Route 283 eastbound for a traffic complaint involving a school van that was being driven erratically.

Police intercepted the school van on Route 238 eastbound and pulled it over east of the State Road exit. Shumberger was administered standardized field sobriety tests, which she was allegedly unable to satisfactorily perform. She was suspected of being under the influence of medications and was taken into custody for blood testing.
