Harrisburg Police on Thursday arrested and charged Mary Hawkins with the attempted homicide of a three-year-old child.Harrisburg police have arrested and charged a woman with attempted homicide in the wake of a child abuse investigation.The child was taken to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for treatment and is expected to make a full recovery.
