SINGAPORE — A total of 4,993 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats across seven projects were launched on Tuesday (Aug 30) by the Housing and Development Board (HDB), including two projects in Bukit Merah under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model.
The other projects are in Ang Mo Kio, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Tampines and Woodlands, said HDB in a media release on Tuesday.
Projects under the new model have been launched in areas including Rochor, Bukit Merah and Queenstown. Other projects in HDB's August BTO exercise include Central Weave at Ang Mo Kio, located in Ang Mo Kio Town Centre. It will consist of five residential blocks between 21 and 32 storeys in height, with 896 units of two room flexi, four, five-room and 3Gen flats.Prices for flats at Central Weave start from S$198,000, without grants, for a two room flexi flat, and S$720,000 for a five-room flat.
In Jurong East, 562 units of two-room flexi, three, and four-room flats will be built at Jurong East Breeze, located along the Pan-Island Expressway and Jurong East Central. Prices for flats at Sun Plaza Spring start from S$381,000, without grants, for a four room flat, and S$520,000 for a five-room flat.
