The agency added that resale transactions for the first quarter of 2026 totalled 6,179 units, a 4.5 per cent decrease from the 6,473 transactions recorded in the same period in 2025. HDB also announced that in the upcoming Build-To-Order exercise in June, approximately 6,900 flats will be offered across several towns, including Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Sembawang and Woodlands. Flat buyers intending to participate in the exercise must secure a valid HDB Flat Eligibility letter prior to application. "We encourage all flat buyers to apply for an HFE letter early and submit all required documents by May 15 to ensure that they can obtain their HFE letter in time," said HDB.
