Healthineers robot buy puts big price on old veins LJucca
Siemens Healthineers said on Aug. 8 it was buying U.S. vascular robotics firm Corindus Vascular Robotics for $4.28 per share in cash, valuing the company at $1.1 billion.
The acquisition is the biggest by Siemens Healthineers since it was spun off from the German conglomerate last year.Shares in Siemens Healthineers were down 0.9% at 36.1 euros at 0730 GMT on Aug. 8.
