Helluva 311 Service Request Email Glitch Last Night: Numerous emails in response to 'requests made in 2016, 2017, and 2018'
A few hours ago I started receiving numerous emails from DC 311 saying that my service requests had been completed — requests that I made in 2016, 2017, and 2018.Another reader writes: “got this last night from DC 311. quick turnaround on my pothole/road condition complaint in Feb. 2018.
Of course, I also got a jury summons a few weeks back for DC Superior Court too. Never mind that I had already been disqualified in 2019 for no longer being a resident – and I haven’t been a DC resident since 2017.
