Now, we’re finally getting a first look at Schafer’s character in the first trailer for the upcoming prequel.takes us to the 10th annual Hunger Games, 64 years before the events of the first novel. In the trailer that dropped Thursday, we’re introduced to the brutal ritual’s original mastermind, Casca Highbottom and this year’s head gamemaker, Dr. Volumnia Gaul .
And when we say the clip offers a first look at Schafer’s character, we really do mean a look. Schafer plays Snow’s older cousin, Tigris, who is described as a close confidante who advises him on everything. We briefly see Schafer’s character clasping her hands over her chest and gazing off into the distance, wearing a pink dress with some sharp shoulder pads. Later in the trailer, we see a hushed confrontation between Tigris and Coriolanus, in which she tells him, “It’s not just about winning.
