A​nother winter storm is dumping feet of snow in California's Sierra this week, a region that is already buried in snow high enough to reach rooftops. P​hotos show the tremendous snow accumulation in Mammoth Lakes, California. Snow banks tower above residents as they dig out some of the new snow brought to the area on Tuesday."This year will certainly be in the top three or four snowpack years since the 1950s," Sean de Guzman, manager of DWR's Snow Surveys and Water Supply Forecasting Unit, told KTVU
