According to reports, the children are all right.

Greg Hillis, who said he is Peyton Hills’ uncle, reported the incident on social media and said the children are all right. He did not elaborate on Peyton Hillis’ condition or provide details of the heroic ocean rescue.

“I just wanted to let everyone know on Razorback Nation that Peyton is doing better,” Greg Hillis wrote. “He’s still in intensive care and having some problems with his kidneys and lungs but the doctors say he is improving. I just wanted to head off any rumors that may be started. I’m sure he would want everyone to know that he appreciates all of the prayers being thrown up on his behalf.”reported that Hillis was “helicoptered to the hospital. He remains unconscious in the ICU.

A seventh-round draft pick out of Arkansas, Hillis entered the NFL in 2008 and played through the 2014 season, with stints in Denver, Cleveland, Kansas City and for the Giants. He rushed for 2,832 yards and 23 touchdowns and caught 134 passes for 1,050 yards and three TDs. In his final NFL seasons, Hillis played for the Giants in 2013 and 2014, rushing for 262 yards and two TDs. The Giants released him in February 2015.

In 2010, his best season, Hillis ran for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns while also catching 61 passes for 477 yards and two more TDs for the Browns.MORE NFL:
