The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health will host a Dissemination and Transition Meeting on August 28-29, 2019.
The meeting will facilitate the effective dissemination of findings from OWH-funded work and subject matter experts regarding promising practices and innovative approaches that address the needs of individuals and communities impacted by female genital cutting, a form of gender-based violence impacting U.S. women and girls. The meeting will encourage further collaboration between former grantees, other subject matter experts and sister federal agencies.
