's new song "No Time to Die," written for the upcoming James Bond film, is finally here for us to enjoy. It's a classic Billie jam with a slow tempo, ethereal vocals, and haunting lyrics, but there is also some big Bond flair in there, too. Basically, it slaps — and it took a lot of thoughtful collaboration to make it happen., Billie opened up about how "No Time to Die" came together.
"They told us about the plot, they showed it to us, and we wrote to it," Billie explained, referring to herself and her brother/songwriting partner,.
: "Then for, like, a month-ish, like, half a month maybe, we were just kinda going back and forth to their team and us about just getting it right and getting it right and getting it right and it went through a lot of different versions. Then we got it, like, we all worked really hard, Hans was incredibly easy to work with and he's so funny and, like, it was a really good, collaborative experience.
