How ad agency R/GA is adapting to the coronavirus pandemic with Zoom contests, meditation sessions, and collaboration tools

Ad agency R/GA, which is part of holding company IPG and has clients including Nike and Verizon, has been hit by the COVID-19 outbreak, with five US employees testing positive over the past two weeks.

Greenwood said the biggest challenge has been moving employees from one project to another when it's hard to see what people are working on.

That sense of connectivity has helped the agency move forward with the help of Zoom and Slack ; in-house tools including Reporter, which shows where employees are spending their time; and Skill Search, which helps allocate available talent.
