I did arms one day and abs the next. For the arms, a physician's assistant placed a half-pipe-shaped applicator on my biceps . For abs, it was a disk-shaped applicator on my stomach, secured with a band. She started me off at a vibration intensity of 100—the highest—and decreased it based on my comfort level .
Just like during a hard workout, the last two minutes felt the longest. Right when I was about to ask the physician to stop it early, it was over. I felt back to normal once the device was taken off, and experienced only minimal soreness through the day.
